INFORMATIVE REPORT TO OUR CUSTOMERS AND SUPPLIERS IN COMPLIANCE TO AND FOR THE PURPOSES OF THE LEGISLATIVE DECREE N. 196 DATED JUNE 30TH 2003 ABOUT THE PROTECION OF PERSONAL DATA

As per LD n. 196 of 2003-06-30 (Code about the Protection of Personal Data), here represented by Mr. Maspero Renato as owner of the data treatment, is compelled to inform about the use made of personal data. We therefore ask You to carefully read the following statement.

The treatment of personal data supplied by You as our customers and/or suppliers, or otherwise acquired in the unfolding of our business, in accordance with the legislative and contractual dispositions in force, occurs by means of manual, IT and telecommunication systems, with logics that are strictly connected to the same purposes and may involve all the operations foreseen by the LD n. 196/2003.

In any case, all data shall be treated in compliance with the law and its confidentiality obligations. For this reason, the supplied information can only be used for the purposes connected to the mutual obligations deriving from the contractual relationship in force with You and be processed for contractual and/or pre-contractual needs and requirements, as well as for operative activities and internal management. The treatment of Your personal data shall occur by means of systems suitable to and with the good sense required to guarantee their safety and privacy, even by the use of automated instruments intended to record, process and transmit these same data.

The data relating to Your person shall be treated with permissible methods and fairness: they shall be gathered and recorded for the purposes stated above; they shall be updated, if necessary; they will be treated for the duration of our contractual relationship and afterwards for the fulfilment of all legal obligations. Provided that Your consent shall be asked for if so requested by law, we further more inform You that the treatment of Your personal data may also take place in the following circumstances and in compliance with the above mentioned procedure:

a) by companies, bodies or associations supplying us with services of data processing or carrying out activities related or complementary to our business.

c) by parties to whom the communication of Your personal data is necessary or functional for the management of our relationships.

The LD n. 196/2003 gives You specific rights. In particular, You can obtain confirmation of the existence whether or not of any information referring to Your person and their origin, as well as their transmission in intelligible form and the information about the logic and the purpose of their treatment. Further on You have the right to the cancellation, the anonymization or the block of any data treated against law, as well as their updating, correction or integration. You also have the right to object to the data treatment for legitimate reasons.

We kindly invite You to promptly report to Mr. Maspero Renato any possible variation of Your personal data in order to fulfil the law, which requires the data to be exact and updated.
