

Into a bowl place the ricotta, mashed with a fork and add a drizzle of olive oil, a pinch of salt and pepper and the bunch of rocket finely chopped. Mix everything well. Cover the cooked ham slices with this mixture, roll them up and place on a dish and garnish with some rocket leaves and a drizzle of olive oil. You can also garnish the dish, as shown in the photo, with cherry tomatoes, sliced courgette and black olives.
