Alimentari Radice S.r.l. relies exclusively on highly selected suppliers for its operations, using meat and fish from slaughterhouses and laboratories carefully selected in terms of hygiene, processing standards and microbiological controls. These suppliers hold quality certificates of delivered goods and self-control manuals (HACCP system). Upon arrival at the loading outlet, the goods are checked by Alimentari Radice S.r.l. Managers who are highly demanding in terms of the cut, colour, fat, pH as well as the temperature and hygienic conditions of the lorry. The unloaded goods are weighed by periodically calibrated scales and stored in suitably prepared and sanitised cold storage rooms before being subdivided into production batches.
