

INGREDIENTS FOR 6 PEOPLE
800 grams of magatello of veal or Bon-Tonn (magatello of beef)
2 artichokes
200 grams of cooked ham
White wine
1 onion
Butter, olive oil, vegetable stock, white flour, salt, pepper and tomato sauce
Clean the artichokes removing the tough layers and the core, then cut the cooked ham, place in a mixing bowl and mix with a spoonful of room-temperature butter. Spread out the slices of meat and on each of these place a little of the cream obtained and two artichoke segments previously cut. Season with salt and pepper, roll up to make a roulade and roll in flour. Place with a little oil in a pan with browned onion. Add the wine and cook for about 15 minutes until golden brown all over. Place the roulades on a serving dish and add the tomato sauce to taste.
