Roast turkey with spinach and cheese
INGREDIENTS
 

INGREDIENTS FOR 6 PEOPLE

600 grams of roast turkey 
400 grams of spinach
Oil, parsley and lemon
Cheese of your choice: slivers of Parmigiano Reggiano or Emmenthal or smoked scamorza cheese


PREPARATION
 

Cut the turkey into slices, then wash, squeeze and very finely chop the spinach, season with oil, parsley and lemon and place in a lightly buttered dish. Finally place in a pre-heated oven for 10 minutes at 160 degrees with your cheese of choice to flavour the dish.
