

INGREDIENTS FOR 6 PEOPLE
600 grams of veal nervetti
100 grams of peppers
100 grams of fennel
100 grams of onions in oil
100 grams of mushrooms in oil
Oil, parsley and salt
Finely cut the veal nervetti into strips, cubes or however you prefer. Place into a bowl adding the peppers and fennel (previously cut into julienne strips) then mix with oil, mushrooms, onions, parsley and salt.
