The shipping of Alimentari Radice S.r.l finished products is performed under the supervision of a department manager, who ensures the delivery service is accurately carried out by carefully planning the route to be taken and by checking the health and hygiene conditions of the vehicles and the proper arrangement of the load within said vehicles.
The internal temperature of the vehicles is constantly monitored by means of suitable devices (data-loggers) which can be connected to a computer to print out the relevant graphs.
