SHIPPING

Shipping is performed under the supervision of a dedicated manager, who ensures the delivery service is accurately carried out by carefully planning the route to be taken and by checking the health and hygiene conditions of the vehicles and the proper arrangement of the load. The internal temperature of the vehicles is constantly monitored by means of suitable devices (data-loggers) which can be connected to a computer to print out the relevant graphs.

All of the above-mentioned health and hygiene control operations are obviously carried out both on their own and also on the vehicles of third-party hauliers who deliver the goods on behalf of Alimentari Radice S.r.l.
