Alimentari Radice S.r.l. relies exclusively on highly selected suppliers for its operations, using beef, veal, pork, turkey and chicken from slaughterhouses carefully selected in terms of hygiene, processing standards and microbiological controls. These suppliers hold quality certificates of delivered goods and self-control manuals (HACCP system). Upon arrival at the loading outlet, the goods are checked by Alimentari Radice S.r.l. technicians who are highly demanding in terms of the cut, colour, fat, pH of the meat and temperature and hygienic conditions of the lorry. The unloaded goods are weighed by appropriately calibrated scales, subdivided into production batches and stored in specially dedicated and periodically sanitised cold storage rooms.
