Rice salad with preserved vegetables and cooked ham
INGREDIENTS
 
INGREDIENTS FOR 6 PEOPLE

400 grams of parboiled rice
1 jar of Condiriso (including the protective liquid)
2 slices of cooked ham of at least one and a half centimetre thick cut into cubes


PREPARATION
 
Boil the water in a pan, then add a pinch of salt and the rice. 
Once the rice has cooked, drain it, leave it to cool and add the Condiriso and the cubed ham. Mix everything together and serve.
