The forming stage gives the product to be processed its desired shape. Given the considerable skill required for this delicate stage, Alimentari Radice S.r.l. uses the most experienced operators of the Speciality division in the forming department. This stage may include the moulding of cooked hams (for which a photograph and related explanation is provided) and the forming of products such as roast turkey, veal, pork tronchetta, stuffed products and processed fish products. There are few machines involved in this stage: everything is in fact done through the skill, experience and ability of individual operators.
