Alimentari Radice S.r.l.’s Cooked Hams division uses modern steam ovens equipped with the most sophisticated technology to cook its hams. During the cooking process typical changes of the ham take place which obtain a homogeneous finished product with perfect organoleptic properties. After the cooking stage the products are automatically repressed (to ensure the slices of the finished product stay intact) and stored in a cold room.
