Roast veal with rice croquettes

600 grams of roasted veal
Rice croquettes
PREPARATION
 

Roast veal is a speciality that needs to be cut very finely in order to be best enjoyed, so cut the into slices of about two millimetres thick while you fry the rice croquettes in a frying pan. Then arrange the veal and croquettes on the plate to your liking. You can also melt two knobs of butter on top of the veal.
