600 grams of smoked beef
250 grams of Parmigiano Reggiano slivers
Oil, lemon and pepper

PREPARATION
 

Finely cut the smoked beef, mix the oil, lemon, pepper and a little mustard. Arrange the meat on a serving dish, season and add the Parmigiano Reggiano slivers.
