Beef tongue in salsa verde

INGREDIENTS FOR 6 PEOPLE

600 grams of beef tongue
200 grams of salsa verde

These are the ingredients for the basic recipe, you can also add mushrooms and sliced carrot if you like.

PREPARATION
 

Slice the beef tongue into slices two millimetres thick, then serve on a serving dish topped with the salsa verde. You can also add mushrooms and sliced carrots.
